Designed by company co-founder Sal Glesser, the Temperance was one of Spydercos earliest fixed blade models. Now this classic design is back as a limited-edition Sprint Run, showcasing a gray-colored fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) handle and a full-flat-ground PlainEdge or SpyderEdge blade crafted from CPM CRU-WEAR. Specially formulated to offer both superior wear resistance and toughness, CRU-WEARs advanced alloy composition is further enhanced by the Crucible Particle Metallurgy (CPM) process to ensure an ultra-fine, extremely homogeneous grain structure. Faithful to the original, the knifes ergonomic handle is injection molded directly onto the tang of the blade and features a series of bilateral œdimples to enhance its texture and provide pivot points for grip-change maneuvers. This remarkable resurrection of the Temperance comes complete with a custom-molded Boltaron® sheath with a versatile G-Clip attachment.
