Suppliers can participate in co-op marketing programs, dealer promotions, and multi-channel campaigns through Kroll AdWorks™ and Kroll Advantage™. Kroll coordinates creative assets, campaign launches, and performance tracking.
Returns are processed according to Kroll’s RMA policy. Suppliers may be responsible for return shipping and handling fees for defective products. Warranty terms should be provided during onboarding.

This includes stores such as hunting outfitters, outdoor apparel retailers, sporting goods stores, embroidery and uniform shops, specialty gift stores, and similar businesses. Applicants must provide business details, officer information, and relevant documentation.
Yes. KROLL welcomes applications from qualified retail businesses worldwide. International dealers must submit required business documentation and may be asked for additional information to comply with export regulations and shipping requirements.
Simply complete our online Dealer Application. You’ll provide basic business information, officer details, business documentation, and upload any required certificates or licenses. This process is open to a wide range of retail businesses in the U.S. and internationally.
You will need to provide:
  • Business/company name, address, and contact information
  • Officer(s) information and home address
  • Affiliate, employee, or principal relationships with KROLL
  • Business structure, incorporation date, and years in operation
  • Product categories and sales channels (including online)
  • Tax exemption or resale certificates (U.S. dealers)
  • Relevant licenses for firearms, ranges, or specialty products
  • Additional import/export documentation for international dealers
Once your Dealer Application is completed, account setup typically takes 24–48 hours. You’ll receive an email with website login details, and our Dealer Success team will assist you—whether you’re a U.S. or international dealer.

Yes. All officers must be listed and provide contact information, home address, and a driver’s license or government-issued identification number—regardless of business type or location.
You’ll be asked to disclose if any officers, affiliates, employees, or principals have previously done business with KROLL International, LLC. This applies to all dealer categories, both U.S. and international.
