The Model 700CTC32 - Dual restraint set up for transport or court room situations. The Model 700CTC32 incorporates a Model 700C Handcuff connected to a Model 703C Leg Iron with a 32'' chain. Now with an improved internal lock mechanism for increased tamper resistance, smoother ratcheting action and greater durability. Can be special ordered with custom chain lengths to meet department or agency requirements. Two keys supplied. Made in USA.
