Passwords & Account Access
Is my existing User ID still valid?
Yes. Your existing User ID is still valid. However, you may be required to reset your password before logging in.
What if I’m able to log in without resetting my password?
If you are able to log in successfully using your existing User ID and password, no additional action is required at this time.
How do I reset my password if prompted?
  • Go to Krollcorp.com and click Sign In
  • Select Forgot Your Password
  • Enter the email address associated with your dealer account
  • Check your inbox for an email from [email protected]
I’m having trouble logging in or resetting my password. What should I do?

How accurate is the inventory shown on the Kroll website?
Inventory levels are updated nightly, so quantities shown on the website may be higher or lower than actual availability at any given time. For the most up-to-date and accurate inventory information, please contact your Sales Rep or Dealer Success directly.

Why do I need to add or verify a credit card to place an online order?
To help ensure a smooth and uninterrupted ordering experience, some dealers may need to verify or update the credit card associated with their account when placing orders online. Any payment information entered is securely stored and protected using industry-standard security measures.
How do I add a credit card to my dealer account?
You can add a credit card by following these steps:
  • Log in to your dealer account on KrollCorp.com.
  • Click My Account.
  • Select Manage Stored Credit Cards.
  • Enter and save your credit card information.
Once saved, your card will be available for use when placing online orders.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. All credit card information is securely stored and protected using industry-standard security measures. Kroll does not share or expose dealer payment information.
Do I need to add a credit card every time I place an order?
No. Once your credit card is saved to your account, it will remain available for future online orders unless you choose to update or remove it.
Can I update or remove my saved credit card information?
Yes. Dealers can manage, update, or remove stored credit cards at any time by logging in and navigating to My Account > Manage Stored Credit Cards.
Who should I contact if I have trouble adding my credit card or placing an order?
If you experience any issues, please contact your Sales Rep or our Dealer Success Team for assistance.
Is the site safe to use now?
Yes. The site has been safely restored and is operating in a fully secure environment. Remaining features are being brought back online gradually to ensure stability and security.
Was my stored credit card information affected?
No. Stored credit card information was not affected due to the encryption and tokenization systems we use. As a precaution, all payment tokens were reset, so you will need to add your credit card when online ordering becomes available.
Was my personal or sensitive information affected?
If Kroll determines that any personal or sensitive information was involved, we will follow all applicable legal and regulatory notification requirements.
