Built from laser-cut nylon laminate over a woven thermoplastic core, this version weighs nearly 20% less than the original. The 1/2 inch interval MOLLE on the back supports both MOLLE and belt mounting options. Additionally, with the optional HSG OTR (Over Top Retention) Cover accessory, the Gen 2 TACO can be configured as either open-top or covered to match mission requirements.
