The Boker Classic series is ideal for cutting and preparing food. Made from best stainless Solingen blade steel, the traditionally shaped blades are ground very thinly for a very fine grind profile. The blade is fine-ground by hand to make it perfectly sharp. The handles are made from local olive wood.
