Pk 2 Tomato/Cheese Knife

The serrations of the Pure Komachi Tomato Knife are designed to easily slice through the smooth and resilient skin of tomatoes. Yet they're equally effective for slicing cheese from hard to semi-soft. Easily pick up tomato or cheese slices with the built-in fork on the end of the blade. The non-stock coating not only color-codes the knife, but also helps to prevent sliced food from striking the blade.
